Technical Due Diligence and performance analysis for 51

Greentech performs an annual due diligence inspection of this plant with the aim to review the technical constitution and safety. At the same time, the services of the O&M provider are being analysed with regard to the contractual scope, response times and manufacturer-compliant maintenance. Additional DC and AC measurements form a comprehensive service package. The results are being documented with TabTool PV and together with recommendations presented to the client. The monitoring of rectification works or verification of open issues is managed by greentech as well.

Additionally, greentech has installed an independent sensor station on-site which is the basis for a monthly target – actual comparison, showing a detailed analysis and evaluation of the plant performance. The report identifies short-term losses but also gradual degradation in order to act quickly with corrective actions.
