Hamburg, October 6th, 2021\u00a0<\/em>\u2013 The Hamburg-based PV specialist\u00a0greentech<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0now also provides the construction of turnkey photovoltaic plants. With this offer, the company complements its existing business areas of project development, operation, management and engineering, covering the complete value chain in the PV downstream sector in the future. The new greentech business unit is based in Munich. The team is led by Lars Petzold and Florian Berger, both of whom have many years of experience in the system design and construction of solar parks as well as an extensive supplier network.<\/p>\n

Plant construction and EPC management with synergies and know-how from many years of O&M and engineering<\/strong><\/p>\n

As of now, the new Greentech unit will offer its customers the system design and turnkey construction of large ground-mounted solar power plants in Germany and other countries at a later stage. Both, pure EPC management or EPC \u201clight\u201d \u2013 in which case the main components are provided by the customer, will be offered. The new unit will work closely with the existing Greentech team and will benefit from synergies with Greentech\u2019s in-depth O&M and engineering expertise. \u201cA positive market environment and increasing demand led us to the decision to establish this new unit,\u201d explains Ingo Rehmann, Managing Director of Greentech holding GmbH. \u201cBy closing the gap between project development and operations, we are now able to offer even more services, providing a one-stop-shop solution to our customers. We are therefore pleased that we were able to convince the team around Lars Petzold and Florian Berger to establish the new business unit at Greentech.\u201d<\/p>\n

Long-term cooperation and a common understanding of quality<\/strong><\/p>\n

The parties involved have known each other for a long time from various projects and share the same expectations and requirements for quality, service, and sustainability. \u201cWe are pleased to have found a new home at Greentech, where we can concentrate on our core business in lean structures and well-established processes, and where we can incorporate our EPC experience from a large number of projects,\u201d says Lars Petzold. The EPC specialist has almost 20 years of PV experience, which he most recently contributed as Director of Systems Solutions at a well-known module manufacturer.<\/p>\n

At the same company, Florian Berger held his last position as Manager of System Solutions. He has been working in the areas of O&M, system design, and construction for more than 10 years. We also sometimes have fun with\u00a0party hire services<\/a>. \u201cWe have been working with Greentech in O&M for many years and have full confidence in the team, the management, and the excellent market positioning.\u201d<\/p>\n
