Ingo Rehmann \u00e8 a capo del consiglio di amministrazione del gruppo greentech e nel suo ruolo \u00e8 responsabile dello sviluppo aziendale e strategico. \u00c8 a capo di Central Services, un fornitore di servizi interni che raggruppa servizi centrali come la contabilit\u00e0, le risorse umane, lo sviluppo aziendale e i servizi informatici in tutto il gruppo. Nel suo ruolo di CEO, Rehmann parla a nome del gruppo di imprese e rappresenta greentech nel mondo esterno. Insieme al CFO, \u00e8 anche responsabile del reporting agli azionisti e agli stakeholder. <\/p>\n

Ingo Rehmann \u00e8 attivo nel settore fotovoltaico dal 2005. Ha ricoperto diverse posizioni manageriali presso Conergy AG, anche nelle aree MA e come responsabile dell’intelligence di mercato. Nel 2008 ha fondato greentech e l’ha fatta diventare una delle pi\u00f9 grandi societ\u00e0 indipendenti di OM e ingegneria fotovoltaica in Europa. Ha studiato economia aziendale in Germania, Australia e Spagna.<\/p>\n

In qualit\u00e0 di CFO, Aleksis Sch\u00e4fer \u00e8 responsabile di Corporate Finance Corporate Controlling, Corporate Accounting e Data Science. Insieme al CEO, \u00e8 anche responsabile del reporting agli azionisti e agli stakeholder. <\/p>\n

Aleksis Sch\u00e4fer \u00e8 entrato in greentech nel 2010 ed \u00e8 stato responsabile, tra le altre cose, della creazione della divisione Asset Management. \u00c8 attivo nel settore fotovoltaico dal 2005, dove ha inizialmente acquisito esperienza nell’integrazione post-fusione presso Conergy AG. Nel 2008 \u00e8 entrato a far parte del Boston Consulting Group come consulente di gestione. Aleksis Sch\u00e4fer ha studiato economia aziendale presso l’Universit\u00e0 RWTH di Aquisgrana e ha conseguito un master in fisica ingegneristica presso il Politecnico di Helsinki. <\/p>\n

In qualit\u00e0 di Chief Development Officer (CDO), Oliver Herzog \u00e8 responsabile dello sviluppo di progetti a livello di gruppo di soluzioni fotovoltaiche e di accumulo di batterie nei mercati principali di greentech, ovvero Germania, Regno Unito e Italia, dall’identificazione dei progetti fino alla loro costruzione.<\/p>\n

Oliver Herzog ha studiato economia aziendale a Colonia. Nel 2004 ha iniziato a lavorare nel settore fotovoltaico presso Conergy AG, dove ha ricoperto diverse posizioni dirigenziali. Pi\u00f9 di recente, ha diretto le attivit\u00e0 di sviluppo e finanziamento dei progetti della societ\u00e0 come amministratore delegato a Singapore e in India fino al 2011. Dopo aver lavorato per una societ\u00e0 di consulenza specializzata in energie rinnovabili e per una societ\u00e0 di emissione, nel 2015 \u00e8 passato a Enerparc AG, dove \u00e8 stato responsabile dell’attivit\u00e0 EPC esterna per clienti terzi in qualit\u00e0 di amministratore delegato. Felix von Buchwaldt ha studiato Economia aziendale ad Amburgo e, negli ultimi 25 anni, ha ricoperto diverse posizioni dirigenziali nei settori business development, project finance e asset management all\u2019interno dell\u2019Erck Rickmers Group, di cui fa parte greentech. Dal 2012 al 2023 \u00e8 stato CEO della societ\u00e0 di asset management Nordcapital, che ha finanziato real asset nei settori infrastrutture e real estate per un volume di investimento complessivo di 7 miliardi di euro. Nel 2020 ha assunto, come managing partner, la guida delle divisioni Finance & Origination nell\u2019unit\u00e0 di project development di greentech e, nel 2022, anche la responsabilit\u00e0 della divisione Asset Management. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Nel suo ruolo, J\u00f6rn Carstensen combina la gestione di tutte le aree tecniche del gruppo di imprese greentech. In qualit\u00e0 di CTO, \u00e8 responsabile della costruzione di impianti, dei servizi di ingegneria e della gestione delle operazioni tecniche. \u00c8 spinto dal desiderio di impiegare la sua vasta esperienza di oltre un gigawatt nella gestione operativa il pi\u00f9 in alto possibile nella catena del valore, per migliorare la qualit\u00e0 e l’efficienza dei progetti. I suoi compiti comprendono anche la valutazione delle tecnologie e delle tendenze e la definizione di standard e processi uniformi in tutte le aree tecniche di greentech. <\/p>\n

J\u00f6rn Carstensen \u00e8 entrato in greentech nel 2014 come Business Development Manager.
\nOltre a sviluppare diversi mercati europei, ha creato la divisione di ingegneria e consulenza tecnica. Dal 2006 al 2014 ha lavorato per il Gruppo Conergy ricoprendo diverse posizioni internazionali di sviluppo aziendale e commerciale. In precedenza, ha lavorato per un’unit\u00e0 di consulenza di Accenture e ha assistito le aziende di servizi pubblici in questioni strategiche e organizzative. J\u00f6rn Carstensen si \u00e8 laureato in ingegneria industriale con specializzazione in gestione dell’energia e dell’ambiente presso le Universit\u00e0 di Flensburg e Southampton. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
