As technical consultants, we already support many of our customers in the assessment of potential open spaces for photovoltaic power plants and subsequently also take over the various planning activities from occupancy to implementation planning. In this way, errors in site evaluation, plant design or yield forecasts can be identified and avoided at an early stage.
Planning stage
During the construction phase, our accredited photovoltaic experts monitor the proper installation of the systems and accompany the subsequent acceptance of the construction to ensure that the services are provided in accordance with the standards and the contract.
Construction phase
In the operating phase of the plant, we take care of yield-optimized operation and also offer consulting, planning and implementation of complex projects, such as repowering projects or the performance of technical due diligences or special inspections.
If necessary, our technicians also carry out more in-depth technical investigations, such as thermography or power quality. Continuous monitoring of the plants and our many years of experience in plant management enable us to closely monitor and analyze the performance of the plant. If necessary, we can be on site quickly and also have practical solutions at hand for optimization or troubleshooting.
Operating phase
In addition to independent PV yield reports or plant evaluations, our experts also prepare individual analyses such as self-consumption and MRA (Maintenance Reserve Account) calculations. For the time after the feed-in tariff, greentech offers a professional plant evaluation, as well as the conception and implementation of comprehensive continued operation models for an extended project period. We promise a high level of expertise and the best service quality throughout all project phases.

Professional project management
All projects are managed and supervised by a dedicated project manager and a key account manager. At the beginning of the assignment, we agree individual priorities and milestones with you. Regular updates provide you with complete transparency on the processing status of the projects. The inspection, analysis, and planning results are always subject to the dual control principle to continuously ensure high service quality and resilient results.
Transparent processes
Several greentech employees are TÜV and VdS certified as experts. We document our own developments, standards and findings in the form of checklists and work instructions. We systematically record anomalies and other information on the surfaces and PV systems with a specially developed field app and prepare these in comprehensive and detailed reports. As the technical and commercial operations manager, we can also look after the plants in further operation after successful consulting mandates and remain your contact for future questions and challenges.
