At greentech, we are team players and work closely together not only in our departments, but also across the group. With a distinctive, interdisciplinary mindset, extensive PV experience and high standards for ourselves, we successfully implement new projects, tap into new markets and continue to develop.
We support each other, make use of the short distances to the management, which is part of the team and is involved in everything that goes on, and talk our heads off sometimes, despite the hybrid work model and mobile office. What connects us is the concrete desire to personally contribute to a sustainable future, to make a difference. What our employees say about greentech:
Our recruiting process
Step-1: Screening
After we receive your application via our website or LinkedIn, we check it for completeness. Do the qualifications and application match the advertised position? When selecting for an interview, we coordinate with the responsible company or department.
Step-2: Interview
Depending on the position, we will conduct an initial and a second interview with you on-site or remotely. For working students and interns, one interview via video call or on-site is usually sufficient. For permanent positions, we always conduct two interviews with different staffing levels so that both sides can gain the most comprehensive impression of each other.
Step-3: Feedback
After each call, we get back to you as soon as possible. If we think that you are a good fit for us and we could convince you of our company, we will discuss the employment contract and sign it.
Step-4: Onboarding
Welcome to the team! Now the onboarding starts, which should enable you to start as smoothly and successfully as possible with us. At the same time, you will get to know your new colleagues, the company, the work processes and your upcoming tasks.
Welcome to Team greentech!
We work every day to make the most of the sun’s energy. Would you like to be a member of our team?
Then we look forward to meeting you!

What makes greentech a special place to work?
Our interdisciplinary approach is key. All our departments collaborate and share knowledge. Our project development and EPC teams draw on the operational experience from our O&M division, resulting in optimally designed plants with lasting quality and a reliable levelised cost of electricity.
