Commercial management is the interface between the owners of a photovoltaic system and all other relevant project participants, such as banks, insurance companies, technical managers and authorities. In this pivotal role, careful commercial management is an important factor for the successful operation of a solar electricity farm.
The aim is to give participants substantiated and up-to-date knowledge on the methods of commercial management of solar electricity systems and to delve into them by means of questions and discussions.
