greentech Italy appoints new leadership team

Jun 19, 2026

Rome, 19 June 2026 – The European solar and storage specialist greentech is restructuring the management of its Italian subsidiary. At operational level, Guido Omodeo Salé, as Managing Director, will in future be joined by Andrea Voigt, who has been appointed Managing Director. As CEO and newly appointed Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of the greentech Group, Ingo Rehmann and Jacob Isenberg form the bridge between greentech Italy and the Hamburg headquarters.

Guido Omodeo Salé has been responsible for the project development of greentech Italy since his appointment as Managing Director in October 2025 – from site and land analysis through approval processes to the further development of the project pipeline. Alongside him, Andrea Voigt, who has been working for greentech Italy as Country Head Italy for some time, now takes on the core commercial and financial topics in her newly appointed role as Managing Director: reporting and controlling, financial and cost analysis, as well as the coordination of relevant interfaces. Together, they form the operational leadership of greentech Italy.

Ingo Rehmann succeeds Oliver Herzog, and Jacob Isenberg succeeds Felix von Buchwaldt. They are responsible for the strategic alignment of the subsidiary with the Group, ensuring that growth strategies and investment decisions across the international units are well coordinated. greentech thanks Oliver Herzog and Felix von Buchwaldt for their dedication and their contributions to the development of greentech Italy.

greentech also bids farewell to Attilio De Simone, who left the company at the end of May. De Simone played a key role in shaping greentech Italy and leaves behind a strong foundation on which the new team can build. greentech extends its sincere thanks for his commitment and wishes him all the best for the future.

“We are delighted to be ushering in the next phase for greentech Italy with this team. Guido and Andrea are driving the operational business forward with a clear focus, whilst Jacob and I ensure the close connection to the Hamburg headquarters. Together, we are well positioned to continue developing our pipeline,” says Ingo Rehmann.
