Hamburg, 4 November 2026 – At this year’s Windenergietage, greentech is presenting its engineering services for wind turbines, BESS, hybrid systems and substations at its own exhibition booth for the first time. The team will be at booth 52 in the Van der Valk Resort Linstow from 10 to 12 November 2026.
For ten years, the Hamburg-based company has supported energy projects with a wide range of engineering services, from technical consulting and design to tendering and implementation support. Until now, the focus has been on PV and BESS. However, developers and operators of wind turbines and hybrid systems are increasingly asking for solutions in the areas of SCADA, power plant IT and grid connection. greentech is therefore gradually expanding its offering to this segment. The solar and storage specialist boasts experience from more than 600 MW of completed SCADA and IT projects, and design services totalling more than 1,600 MVA for 110 kV and 380 kV substations.
“Renewable power generation increasingly needs to be planned and implemented in an integrated way. Moreover, many of our services do not depend on the type of energy generation behind the grid connection. The expertise we use to connect photovoltaic and battery projects to the grid can be applied to many types of plant. That is precisely why we want to continue the conversation with project developers and operators at the Windenergietage,” says Johannes Liebich, Technical Head of Engineering at greentech.
