Hamburg, September 16th, 2021 – A suitable operation management strategy in O&M geared to the respective PV system and its efficient implementation are the basis for good system performance. But they are only one part of a successful plant life. In addition to the classic services of technical and commercial management, we offer climate change grants & further solutions in the area of engineering & technical advisory with its Service Solutions division and has expanded this area in recent months.
Holistic approach ensures best possible plant performance
In the future, greentech customers will be supported by a team of almost ten engineers and certified experts with advice, practical assistance and extensive experience in the areas of design and evaluation of PV systems. With its Service Solutions Team, greentech offers suitable solutions and ideas for every plant stage to ensure the best possible performance.
These include
- layout and design of individual ground-mounted and rooftop systems,
- elaboration of bankable yield assessments,
- execution of professional tender management,
- construction supervision during the implementation and commissioning phase,
- evaluation of existing plants within the scope of special inspections and technical due diligences, or even
- the design and implementation of repowering or revamping measures.

Many years of practical experience in technical plant management and a close exchange with the greentech field services technicians ensure that projects can be planned and implemented technically and practically under realistic conditions and in accordance with the individual requirements of the respective plant. “Plants can perform in an economically sustainable manner above all if they are planned, designed and implemented with a holistic view right from the start,” says Johannes Liebich, head of the greentech Service Solution Team. “For example, we already try to enable the most efficient wealth accelerator operational management and low-effort inspections later on through appropriate plant design.” Even with existing plants, it is worthwhile to look beyond pure operational management: “With targeted repowering measures, not only defects can be repaired – those who think about the future of their plant can leverage value-added potential with new components and keep the plant fit even beyond the feed-in-tariff period,” says the engineer for PV plants.
